You can return your parcels quickly and easily to us for an exchange or refund.

Please note: If you are returning from outside the UK our returns portal won't work, please use the return address provided on the bottom of your invoice and obtain a proof of postage. If you are returning your parcel from abroad, method and cost of returns will lie with you, not TLC.

For all of our UK returns you can now use our brand new Returns Portal which allows you to save time by returning your order to us, swapping sizes or styles which don’t fit for new ones, and self-creating free returns labels without having to get in touch with our returns team! You can drop off your parcel at your nearest Post Office.

Please note:

  • All returns for refunds are charged at £2.50 to cover the shipping costs.
  • Returns for exchanges are free. (Out-going & in-going postage)
  • A printer is not required to print out your postage label.
  • Items should be returned within 60 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in brand new condition. We are unable to accept returns not in resalable condition.
  • On the returns portal you can exchange for a different size or colour.
  • If you'd like to exchange an item for a different style completely, we will be more than happy to accommodate this for you, simply contact us to let us know first so we can guide you as to how best to do this.
  • We will honour any promotional codes that were used on the original order.
  • Should items returned require professional cleaning, a charge of £10 will be deducted from the refund and you will be notified .

HOW DOES THE PORTAL WORK?

Using the returns portal is super simple, just log in with your order number (don't forget to add in the # at the beginning) and you’ll be given the option to return or swap your items.

To begin your return or swap follow these steps:

  1. Open the Returns Portal.
  2. Enter your Order Number with a # at the start, and the Email Address which was used on the order.
  3. Select the item(s) you would like to return to us.
  4. Select if you would like to Return or Swap the items.
  5. Choose whether you want to print out the postage label yourself, or have a QR code e-mailed to you to present at the Post Office.
  6. Drop it off at your nearest Drop Off Point shown in the portal.

Once we receive and verify your returned items you will be refunded or if you requested an exchange, your new order will automatically be sent out to you, it’s as easy as that.

Return T&Cs

There is no need to call us if you want to return an item.
If you’d like to return your parcel at your own cost, we recommend you obtain a proof of postage. Return Address: TLC Sport, TLC House, Earls Barton, Northampton, NN6 0HF.
Garments received not in resaleable condition will be returned to you.
Returned goods can be sent back within 60 days of receiving your order.
We aim to process all returns same day received.
