Returns

We are happy to offer a refund or an exchange on all items returned to us in perfect, resalable condition, sent back to us within 60 days of purchase. All returns are processed same day we receive your item back, whether it is a refund or exchange.

Our online Returns Portal will provide you with your choice of:

• A QR Code which you can present
• A postage label which you can print

You can then drop off your return at any UK Post Office. All UK Returns for exchanges are free. Returns for refunds are charged at £2.50 automatically deducted from your refund amount. If you are returning your parcel from abroad, method and cost of returns will lie with you, not TLC.

 

 

If you are returning from outside the UK, please return your parcel back to use using your own preferred carrier at your own cost.

We understand life can sometimes get on top of you, so we promise to be as understanding and as flexible as we can be to accommodate your return.
