T&C'S Gemma Collins X TLC Photoshoot

Thank you for your interest in the Gemma Collins X TLC Activewear Campaign. 

The campaign will require you to attend a photoshoot on the 8th February in a location in central London within an allotted time slot.

Your TLC X GC activewear outfit will be chosen for you based on the information you provide in our application form, however should you feel unhappy with the fit, we will have options to change size/style should this be necessary.

Drinks (including some prosecco) and a variety of snacks (including vegan options) will be available on the day.

If you are selected to take part in the campaign you'l be notified via e-mail and asked to complete the following consent form.

Photography/Filming – Individual consent form

I consent to the TLC Sport Limited using photographs and/or video recordings of me taken by the company or by persons or organisations authorised on behalf of the company for the purposes of internally and externally promoting the TLC Sport. These images could be used in any media (existing or later created or made available) including print and digital media formats such as print publications, brochures, PR, Press, websites, e-marketing, posters, banners, advertising, film and social media.

I understand that images on websites can be viewed throughout the world and not just in the United Kingdom and that some overseas countries may not provide the same level of protection to the rights of individuals as EU/UK legislation provides. I understand that some images or recordings may be kept permanently once they are published and be kept as an archive of TLC Sport’s history.

I agree that:

• I will not be paid a fee in respect of any use made of the photograph(s) and/or video recording(s) but have the opportunity of being involved in promoting TLC Sport in themanner set out above;

• Copyright in the image(s) and/or video recordings will be retained by the company; and

• TLC Sport shall have the right to crop, add to or subtract from the photographs and/or video recordings at its entire discretion and without my approval. TLC Sport agrees not to edit your face nor body in any of the photographs.

I have read and understand the conditions and consent to my images and or video recordings being used as described.

TLC Sport is committed to processing information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The personal data collected on this form will be held securely and will only be used for administrative purposes.

Your rights
You have the right to request to see a copy of the information we hold about you and to request corrections or deletions of the information that is no longer required.
