Meet Ocee, from @xena.life_ We are beyond delighted to have teamed up with her to launch this mini-series of quick but effective work-outs to fit into your busy life. We know sometimes finding time for yourself can be hard, so on those days, pull out a video from this series and give yourself just 5 minutes. Or you can mix and match them to create your own unique workout.

Each work-out really is only 5 minutes and we've got 4 in total for you!

 

We're kicking off our 5-minute workout series with the full body stretch. It doesn't matter where you are, just make a space on the floor and hit play!
THE 5-MINUTE FULL BODY STRETCH
This 5-minute upper body workout, is a great way to slip in a little arm and upper body conditioning, when you don't have the time to commit to a full work-out. You can do it whilst the kettle boils!
THE 5-MINUTE UPPER BODY WORKOUT
This quick lower-body workout is a great way to follow on from our upper-body workout above. You should feel nice and warm by this stage so you can go straight to it. Or if you're tight on time, do it on it's own, you'll be surprised how just 5 minutes can build up a burn!
THE 5-MINUTE LOWER BODY WORKOUT
We're topping off our work-outs with a nice little Tabata one for you.  Never tried tabata? It's like a HIIT but perhaps a little more intense, you either love it or hate it but you won't know unless you try it.
