Standard Delivery

Standard UK delivery is free for all orders.

UK standard delivery orders are sent using Royal Mail, or a courier service for high value orders.

Once Royal Mail has collected your parcel, (same working day if the order has been placed before 4pm) we will send you a confirmation email to let you know it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Your parcel should be with you in 1-3 days after placing your order but please allow up to 15 days for delivery. Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address.

You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or unable to fulfil your order for any reason. During our sales period, delivery times can increase due to a large volume of orders. For any further delivery queries, please call us on 01604 811 111 or email

Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery is £7. All next day parcels will be delivered via a courier service, and are guaranteed to reach your destination by the following day as long as the order was placed before 4pm the day before.

Next Day parcels are sent via a tracked service, and you will be notified of your tracking number.

Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will not be processed until the following working day.

Overseas Delivery

Overseas delivery is £8 within the EU and £12 for the rest of the world. Orders for delivery outside the UK are sent using DHL. Parcels should arrive within 7-14 working days for the EU and up to 21 days for the rest of the world. These parcels are sent via a tracked service, and you will be notified of your tracking number.

If your order is delivered outside the UK, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and charges in the destination country, payable by the customer. TLC Sport has no responsibility for these charges.


We hope that you will love everything you purchase from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund or exchange any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 28 days of purchase with all tags attached.

Postage is at the customers expense and you must obtain proof of postage, failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

Please note we cannot refund any swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed for health and safety reasons. Shoes must be tried on indoors. Any items of clothing returned without the original packaging and swing tag attached will not be refunded. 

For a quick and easy return please make sure you follow the steps below:

  • Fill out reason(s) for return found on the back of the invoice
  • Choose either return, exchange or credit option.
  • Enclose the invoice with the item(s) you are returning and package up securely; please use original packaging if possible.
  • Attach the return address label found on the invoice to the front of the parcel, ensuring any original delivery labels are covered.
  • Return item back to us within 28 days with a delivery service of your choice, and obtain a proof of postage. We recommend Royal Mail. Please note we do not cover the cost of returns, only outgoing exchanges.

All returns are processed same day they are received, whether a refund, exchange or new order.


We provide full refunds on any garments you are not 100% happy with. Refunds will be returned using the same method as the original payment.


We are happy to accept exchanges within 28 days of purchase. To exchange a garment please return the item, clearly marking on the invoice the new size and colour required. All exchanges are sent out at no extra cost to you but you will have to obtain a proof of postage when returning the item.
