Our Guarantee

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our quality must be seen to be believed. So much so that our bottoms now come with a 1 year guarantee. This is a completely revolutionary way to sell clothing, and we are proud to be able to offer you peace of mind when buying our sportswear. However we cannot guarantee the bottoms against anything and everything. For example if your actions cause a fault in the pant, they will not be covered by our guarantee. So let’s be clear, our 1 year guarantee covers the bottoms for the following:

  • Never to lose shape
  • Never to lose colour
  • Manufacturing Defects
  • Fabric Defects

Any other fault is not covered under our guarantee. The guarantee does not cover:

  • Faults caused by diverting from washing instructions
  • Any other fault caused after 1 years of purchase
  • Faults caused by customer abuse or misuse
  • Faults due to wearing an inappropriate size The above list is not exhaustive.

The guarantee applies to the Classic, Figure Firming and Tummy Control Collections. If you believe your pant has a defect and that you are entitled to claim a new pair under our 1 year guarantee, you must provide us with the pants for inspection, the receipt or invoice of purchase along with an explanation of the fault with the pant and your contact information.
